...I've just got back from the hospital, having gone there on Tuesday after a minor accident. Long-term members will know that I have a brittle bone condition and may recall a couple of stays in hospital in 2016 due to fractures. Having taken residronate, a bone mineral density drug more often used for osteoporosis, for the past 3 1/2 years, I knew that the blood tests showed that my bones were much healthier than in 2016, and, despite the fact that I sit here typing with my leg in a cast, the damage directly resulting from my accident (a suspected knee fracture tiny enough to not show-up on X-ray) shows that this was indeed the case. Given what happened, I could be much worse-off. Anyway, I'll post on meteorology as and when I can over the next few weeks.
