What are you listening to?

Nice picks Toby. I have that Dust My Broom album on CD, maybe even on vinyl somewhere, I do like some of that late 50s early 60s blues, as well as stuff from before and after. Was kind of all I listened to for a while in the 90s, although any encyclopedic knowledge has evaporated. I picked up a reissue of Slim Harpo's King Bee a while back, whilst rooting around in a record shop whilst the Mrs looked for souvenirs.

I've always liked this song. I actually prefer it to Baker Street, which was his other big hit, of course. He also had another hit with Get It Right Next Time, and as part of Stealer's Wheel.

Here's a bit of trivia for you....he used to be in a folk rock group with Billy Connolly. The group were called The Humblebums.
