Voskhod Blades

Waiting for some Voskhod blades to arrive, Looking forward to using these as they have good reviews. Should work well in my Merkur 34C.

I had a few sample packs of various blades arrive just after Christmas, one of them was a pack of Voskhod, I used one and I thought it gave a fairly decent shave. Tried all the others including an Astra platinum which just didn't work for me. Used a second Voskhod last night and they do give a really smooth shave. But the best blade that gives me the best results are Rapira Platinum LX in a Parker 99r.

I like them a lot. They don't give the closest shave but they do give the most irritation free shave for me.

Sorry should have started a new post didn't mean to hijack the Voskhod one actually I do think the Voskhod is an excellent blade

They are indeed , I had a good experience buying some, gave me a tracking number and they came in about 2 weeks.

If it is the seller Jo-algha or something, then it's the real thing. I bought my blades from him.

The Voskhod was the 6th DE blade I had ever used and performed really well in my 34C HD. I've got 100 of these in the stash now. I'm definitely a Voskhod fan.

Used a voskhod for the first time in my r41 this morning and thought it was great, certainly more effective than the treet black beauty I used yesterday.

I find Voskhods very smooth, but not the sharpest. They work well for me in more aggressive razors.
