Is it a hard or soft soap or somewhere in the middle like Proraso in a tub?

it's very soft. almost like a putty.Going to try it in the morning :D

There is another thread about this in Soaps I think. Fatboy's right. It actually could be marzipan, until you taste it and it's all soapy! You could play a pretty good practical joke on somebody with this soap.

As I've said in the other thread, I've really loved the two shaves I've had with P160. Well worth a go. Perhaps another group buy is in order for other fellows who weren't in the famous New Beginnings order?
