Yes, good information. I no longer carry single wrapped blades in my pockets and also take care when unwrapping blades not to unwrap them like a 5 year old at Christmas.

I enjoyed the movie - but it also showed the reason why the disposable cartridge razor was such a success for the shaving gear companies. In those days that was all that was available but as soon as an affordable simpler alternative comes along the average consumer will jump on it.
Well recall in the early 1960s going into the barbers in Saracen St. in Possil, Glasgow and buying single Wilkinson Sword blades. He also, as I recall, sold singles of, " Something for the weekend, Sir ?".
