I'm sure I've seen this razor before,can't remember whether it was a parker or a muhle,it looks somehow familiar :shock:

I don't know if this is significant, but there is a note at the bottom of that:

"Important! Before purchasing, please read the Maintenance of Merkur Safety Razors."

That could just be a typo, or misplaced text, etc.
