Tell me now how do I feel?

Smooth as a baby's bum, that's how I feel.
Pre: shower, mint shower gel
Brush: PAA Phantom Aerolite
Razor: Baurmann 5/8 extra hollow.
Soap: Saponificio Varesino Dolomiti
Post: Benjamin's Bay Rum mentholated.

2 days growth to mow today and having woken up on a mate's sofa with a whisky head and his dog pinning me down, I decided a good refresh was in order.
After a nice hot shower with mint gel I stropped the Baurmann thoroughly and whipped up a lovely slick lather with the excellent and refreshing Dolomiti, courtesy of a certain 'Emporium', with the soothingly soft and large Phantom which whips up soap superbly. A lovely smooth shave for the most part, marred slightly by being a tad overzealous on the chin resulting in a tiny spot of blood but very smooth all over after 3 passes.
Finished off with a goodly splash of Benjamin's. Mentholation for the nation.

Very nice bayrum soap. Scent and lather qualities are great!
It's been almost 3 months since this razor was used. Wow...the shave felt very nice...the feedback was great! Razor's edge refreshed every use with pasted balsa strop and today it was keen yet comfortable. 3passes for a dfs/ccs finish. Not bad after more than 1 month of not using a true straight. Gotta be patient.
