A very nice shave today.
The Vectis soap is a lovely scent, the little Yaqi is just the right size for the "travel" tins of @BrianH wonderful soap and i completed a very nice face lather with the brush holding enough soap for 3 passes.
I completed my 2 pass shave routine for a DFS+ result, i did pick up a small graze under the chin although it has not bled.
A complimentary post shave routine from the Barts and OSP leaving me feeling and smelling good.
Stay Safe and enjoy your day All.

Always respect honest feedback.Day 10 of Signature September
Razor- Edwin Jagger Kelvin (DE89)
Blade- Gillette Silver Blue
Pre- Ach Brito Glyce
Brush- TOBS Super Badger travel brush
Soap- Signature Capra
Post- Alum block and Epsilon Blue
First of my travel shaves so excuse the photo. A quick 2 pass and the first use of this little 3 piece razor and I think its a bargain at the price. GSB continues to be the benchmark blade for me as well.
On the soap, performance as always was fantastic but even though its unscented, made with goats milk, I don't like the smell of it. I'm sure @BrianH would appreciate the honesty rather than say every one of his soaps smell amazing! This is the first one I'm not a fan of the smell off but as with all scents, you may be different. Perfrmance wise, it can't be faulted.
The TOBS travel brush just about holds enough for 2 passes. If I wanted a third I could maybe squeeze it out but not one for use at home.
Epsilon Blue wasn't bad although I'm undecided if I could get through a bottle of it.
Good night one and all.

It has a deep earthy smell, as is the case of shaving soap, bar soap and liquid soaps made using raw goats milk to mix potassium and sodium hydroxide. The upside is goats milk soaps seem to be good for those with eczema, psoriasis and those with particular skin sensitivities. I'm going to do a few fragranced goats milk ones so will send samples gor you to test shave.
Regards Brian
Thank youI have a tub of the Unscented Capra and I wasn't massively enthusiastic about the scent of the soap when I'd sniff the tub and when the lather was on my face it'd smell a bit earthy like I had a mud pack on my face. Then the razor and blade would slip/slide across my face with no irritation.
It really is a delightful soap.
It would be my fav SS product but the Danum splash has taken the honour, if I have any irritation from a rough blade or anything else it seems to please my face better than any other products I own.

CheersYip, no denying the performance is still fantastic, that was never in doubt. Scent wise Vectis is my favourite which would tie in with my favour for citrus/fresh scents. Just personal preference.
