Silly question time!

The 'injecting' comes from when the blade is inserted into the razor.
AC blades can actually be injected in the razors they have originally been designed for ie Feather AC shavettes. So you are not totally wrong in calling them injector blades.
Thanks for that

I'm not sure I'm no expert lol I just thought that's what they called them as they come out of a cartridge like an injection

Do injector blades suitable for se razors like my Vector, have a right way up? Or are the blades symmetrical?
I went through a bit of an OCD phase, flipping the blade in my Vector after each shave. I think it made sense at the time because I was expecting to get a lot more shaves out of an AC blade than I actually do. I was reading reports of folk using one Schick Proline for more than a month. I don't know about anyone else, but I usually get 5 shaves out of a Proline, maybe 7 out of a Pro Super.
