Schick V Ever Ready

How does the Shick compare to the 1912? I find the 1912 a smooth shave so would I find the Schick as good? One on ebay for £19'ish, lovely looker, is that steep? Regards, Adam.

Which Schick? Not all injectors are created equal... and I'd say £19 is steep (I've not paid more than about £5 before post for any of my 4 injectors)

Not sure? It has a gold head and a honey colour handle. Five quid! Now £19 does sound a little steep.

I found the injectors a totally different beast from the 1912 patterns. With my skin it's very easy to get a bit of razor burn or irritation after a few days of injector shaving. Something I have yet to experience with the Ever ready SE.

I'm sure that you could get one for less than £19 if you just keep an eye out. They seem to crop up not infrequently for not too much money.
