Restoration person

Could anyone please recommend to me someone who would do some restoration work on three of my vintage straight razors for me - small amount of corrosion/new scales/making shave ready?

Ive found a couple online, but they seem to be no longer viable! It would be best to get personal recommendations.

With that razor new pins would probably suffice rather than replacing the scales - does that fall under "restoration"?
