reading books at night in bed, anyone?

If I read in bed holding the book above me then yes, hands ache. Is that what you've been doing? The answer for me is to use a V pillow. I sit up and lean back a bit with the head on the bottom of the V. The book is sitting on my knees which are bent to get the right reading angle. My hands touch the pages to keep the pages open, but no effort or strain - just gravity does it.
