At one mad point not too many years ago I was doing 5 mile, early morning runs daily with a 50lb backpack, swimming most lunchtimes, gym in the afternoons doing powerlifting stuff 3-6 reps with weights so heavy I would go deaf from the effort and karate 6 times a week ... sometimes twice on Sundays.
Depending on my focus at the time my weight has fluctuated between 10st 7lb ripped and 17st of rip-your-head-off beastlyness.
