I found Polsilver's quite nice, definitely after the first pass as you found! Nice little review, again well explained. Couldn't see the nicks on a small screen but that's no issue as you pointed everything out and drew attention to it well!

In my merkhur they are almost as smooth as Astra's, very pleasant, so much so that I bought a card.
As Paul says, a very subjective subject.
