What is the scent and who will be stocking it? P.
anybody?
Yep found it. Thanks anyway P.Hi Paul,
Check the scent pyramid on the opening post.
How do rate Haslinger to the above soaps?Soaps have improved beyond all recognition these days. There are a plethora of quality soaps and the main reason for buying them is just to have them. Be it S.V, Stirling, Wickahams, OSP, B&M or any of the many others they all provide a cracking lather and great shaving experience. You just have to choose your favorite which is getting harder and harder with every new soap released. You are hard pressed to get a duff one.
Haslinger is right up there with the best Sir.How do rate Haslinger to the above soaps?
No argument's from me there Wayne, cheap as chips and a top draw soap / Soaps P.Haslinger is right up there with the best Sir.
First impressions. The scent strength is on par with the rest if the SV line (apart from the 70th Anniversary, which I found quite weak).
I like the scent but I'm not blown away...yet. It's like an old school cologne with a hint of spice in the background.
If you like their 70th Anniversary edition I think you'll be a fan of this too.
The packaging. I'm glad they chose to supply it in the cardboard box but I don't see the point in the outer box. It's pointless and adds to the cost of the soap. I'm no Eco warrior but aren't we supposed to be reducing packaging for the good of the environment?
I'll report back once I've used it.
