It wasn't knocked or dropped and pleased to say that The English Shaving Company didn't quibble and offered a replacement or refund straight away - excellent customer service.

I have 3 Dovo Straights and all are perfect. I have only used one as my stropping was in a learning curve. I may get it back out and move on the other 2.
