Luca didn't you say you had gone back to using Gillette for the rest of your life after being banned from the group "boycott gillette"?After ditching Gillette for good these are my current best cart razors:
1 - DSC/Dorco Pace 6
2- Wilkinson Hydro 5
3 -Wilkinson Hydro Connect 3
In this order, Dorco is simply astonishing (2 pass and BBS) , Hydro 5 a tad less close and the hydro connect 3 less close but very comfortable.View attachment 44010View attachment 44011View attachment 44012
it was a joke related to the banning.Of course i'm not going back. Maybe i will investigate again the DEs when i will have more time to shave in the morning. For now, it's just Dorco/DSC and wilkieLuca didn't you say you had gone back to using Gillette for the rest of your life after being banned from the group "boycott gillette"?
yes. many people told me bolding is an excellent razor. i will have to try.Boldking! Sharp as fuck and last much longer than Gillette!
mach 3 and even better sensor are from the "old" gillette (the one before the P&G acquisition). It was a completely different beast. IMHO P&G destroyed gillette.I haven't been able to ditch my Gillette because my 2 favourite cartridges are Gillette: Mach 3 and Sensor. In addition I have aftermarket handles for both: a GFT faux ivory handle for the Mach 3 and a shavemac faux ivory handle for the Sensor.
Complete rubbish. I have every old and new Gillette cart, there isn't any difference.mach 3 and even better sensor are from the "old" gillette (the one before the P&G acquisition). It was a completely different beast. IMHO P&G destroyed gillette.
i my own testing i can definitely say there IS a GREAT difference between old blades (fairly great quality) and the later ones (not so good). And BTWComplete rubbish. I have every old and new Gillette cart, there isn't any difference.
Haters are gonna hate.
Please post photos of your old stock?i my own testing i can definitely say there IS a GREAT difference between old blades (fairly great quality) and the later ones (not so good). And BTW
I've been using Mach 3 carts since they first came out. I can't say that I've noticed a difference from then to today. What has struck me recently is that every so often a pack of carts seems milder than what I'm used to. Perhaps, however, this is due to my paying closer attention to the feel of a cart on my face than I have before.i my own testing i can definitely say there IS a GREAT difference between old blades (fairly great quality) and the later ones (not so good).
