JUNE 2021 ACQUISITIONS

I've given mine a shake and there's no rattle. It was one of the V4s that came out in May
Just given it a different style of shake and there is a light rattle there.

Thank you for ruining the Pearl experience for me. That rattle and knowing I've overpaid for my Baxter's face scrub by 40p has stolen any chance of happiness I had this weekend.

@Boycie83 you lost your nerve and went too soon , I am waiting for the price to go below 0.99 :)

Wow! That was a quick turnaround Paul. Very nice too.
Victoria is quick off the mark when it comes to dispatching her beautiful ceramic goods, I was lucky enough to bag the last one she had in stock but she will be making more.
I used it today and it transformed my lather into a whipped cream consistency in moment's and the size of the bowl is spot on, I'm very happy with it.
Thanks for the enabling Rob! :)

Paul.

Bart's been! Although it's to be discontinued - and is no longer showing on the site - Bart was happy to mail out a Ben Vorlich. Looking forward to what Grapefruit and Black Pepper's like.....
The Vorlich is one of my favourites Jester, I bought a few Vorlich balms and lotions from Bart too :)
It’s got a nice kick on the face, you’ll feel it, but its great.

Picked up this today at an antiques store on Portobello road market for just £5.
Looks like a 1932 Gillette Fat Handle Tech, made in Canada. Not the best condition - I've given it a scrub with a toothbrush in some hot soapy water, but it looks like there are areas where the original plating has worn.
I look forward to a shave with this, but I will probably research how to give it a proper clean, or find somewhere that can refurbish. I'm also considering trying to find somewhere that can do a gold plating, but that can wait.

I'd give it a clean and just use it.

My Fat Handle Tech is one of my most used razors, it's my go to razor for testing new blades.

My Rex ambassador finally arrived
My Rex that I pre ordered back in April finally turned up very nice looking well made razor and looking forward to using in later today
