My quest for SE Zen continues. A beautiful mint stainless Mongoose from a very nice @mpf9ret



Just can't wait to give it an outing over the weekend.

A few other goodies arrived recently including a jar of MdC Rose and 4 large bars of ADP Colonia soap as fed up with the usual nondescript bars in the house. £20 for 4 off eBay is quite a bargain in my books.

These are my mail calls so far this month.


@Executive Shaving threw the cream in as a freebie with the last brush order. It was a great touch which was really unexpected.

I must admit that I am really impressed with the quality of the brushes Alpha makes and the new G4 knots are great.

After all my complaining, Royal Mail delivered and I have to eat some humble pie.
Mail call today with some new items and some pre loved items. Looking forward to testing these out in the new scuttle.

I was generously PIF'd this lovely Parker 22 Interceptor by Mr @Greybeard . Looking forward to giving this a test run. Any recommendations for a good blade to use in this little beauty? Thanks again Ian, a lovely gesture.

You're welcome Garry. My favourite blade is the Gillette Nacet...seems to work well with just about any razor for me.
