January 2021 Acquisitions

Yea, you're right, what was you thinking!!! :)

Paul

I didn't want to be rude - but I was wondering the same thing. :) - hey - we've all done it - cheers - I.
It was a bargain. Then it was still a decent price. Then it was "damnit, one more bid." And then someone else saw sense before I did. :rolleyes:

@Jester - drunken t'interweb shopping isn't always a bad idea. The only reason I own a Cobra Classic is that one evening - four sheets to the wind - about a decade ago, Executive Shaving had a very small batch of them for sale - I happened to look at the right time - and got one - the most I have spent on a razor ever. On the open market it is worth two to three times what I paid - not that I plan to sell it. So - in my experience - not an entirely bad strategy - but for me - yes, mostly. :) How many Rapira blades did I need? - cheers - I.

@Digimonkey , pretty sure that's how I signed up here.... :sneaky::p

Years ago I worked in a small garage , just serving in the shop etc. Part of the same garage sold second hand cars , the salesmen always used to say the boss liked a drink in the pub with his car trader friends, but would sometimes get drunk and buy some terrible stock that would take them forever to sell, including one time half a dozen Mini Vans , the most pointless car/van invented.
