Is brush hair loss a normal thing? I have not noticed a single hair loss from my Duke 3. What sort of loss would lead to a case for replacement? Do suppliers quibble?

I think that up to 100 hairs over the lifetime of a brush is deemed acceptable -- and no, I don't think they quibble...
