No, I didn't spell it wrong, and it's not a copy of a Gillette, and I don't see any other markings, anyone have a clue?

I had one of these ... in fact, I wonder if you've wound up with it. I think it went off to the new world. At the time (circa 2013) I rather formed the opinion it was Indian in origin, so guess I found some websites or some such.
