Coffee Beans

Really as the title says what type do you buy and how much/frequency.
I have tried a couple from hasbean(one really not to my taste the other one was much better) I have now taken delivery of some formula 6 from james gourmet. I am certainly going through a lot more than I thought I would and still not sussed out how frequent and how much to order to keep a nice fresh supply of coffee thats not too old or more common too new to use.

I've used Mussetti 100 percent Arabica espresso beans for well over two years now... But I've actually gotten tired of it now and I recently got a couple of different blends as gifts and the latest weekend I bought 1 kg of a local maker brand, that I've got high hopes for: Johan and Nyström (English translation and lots of good info both for tea and coffee alike)...
