There is a lot of cheap DE razors available nowadays all over the internet, but from time to time i buy and try some of them if they look a little different to me.
Recently i purchased a razor wanting something milder for when I want to shave daily, with my beard i can't shave daily with all razors with the comfort i want.
It looks exactly like an Merkur head almost identical apart from the slanted grooves on the baseplate.
Weight: 63g
Length: 100mm
Handle: hollow
Material: Zinc alloy (matte black finish)
Price: ï¿¡5.99
Comes with 20 Dorco blades
This razor is milder than an Merkur but with the same efficiency & fool proof angle, so intuitive to find.
Less blade exposure & blade gap too.
Very smooth shaver extremely comfortable, low profile head design.
No chattering of the blade^
Merkur 34c ^
Not to say that my beloved Merkur HD is an bad shaver, but for those days i want to shave comfortably daily i use this razor and it provides with amazing shaves.
Inexpensive little beauty, i don't get on with the other Chinese razors like the Yintal, Yaqi type head designs that are medium aggressive, shaving against the grain with my beard is painful, i always get nicked especially on the cleft of my chin.
These^ blade is held almost flat & is prone to chattering with my thick beard hair. (same head as the Maggard V3a, also many chinese razors come with these)
I have a few variations of Gillette techs which are amazing mild, smooth & great for daily shaving but i like trying new razors so here is my review Not sure if i can post links, but will do on here if permitted.
Happy shaves!
