What Watch Are You Wearing Today?

One of the best.

A pair of Tissot PRC200's.

Back to work tomorrow so the more recent version on the left today and the earlier one in the morning.

I prefer the earlier PRC200's as they have more of style and flair about them. The latter day offerings are all a bit chunky and lack that 'on the eye aesthetics'. Either way I think Tissot make great 'wear for whatever ocassion' watches and take any amount of daily abuse.

Another nifty Vostok. Great bezel....where did you get it? With so many fine watches do you have a favorite?

Thanks! The bezel is Meranom's blue universal bezel. Nice and affordable!

I caught the Russian bug some months ago and I can't stop... lol! It's hard to say which one is my favourite... but this one would be among the chosen few. Also, of course, the Baikal!

Do you have a favourite? Please show us your fine pieces!

You certainly have a collection of great watches and it's easy to see how you can become addicted to collecting Russian ones. They are a rugged, dive watch that are affordable and can be modified at reasonable prices. What's not to like?

My vast collection consists of a 2 watches, a Vostok 710 Scuba Dude and an old manual wind Komandirskie paratrooper. I recently bought a cheap repair kit and pretend to be a watch technician. After many unsuccessful attempts at regulating them they are now as accurate as my old Rolex Sea-Dweller and an even older Omega Constellation, both chronometers. Not bad for really bargain price watches. As far as showing these beauties, I am not smart enough to figure out how to post pictures on the forum. My one feeble attempt resulted in a laughable tiny jpg.

Thank you, sir.

Your prudence with pics honours you... but you remind me of.. myself! Nice two Russian you have, not to mention the two Swiss ones... I tend to prefer the older versions, yes...

I agree with you on the Russian appeal... It's affordable and a lot of fun. I still have to try to regulate one of them.. For now, I've got a Jaxa tool... lol
