What Watch Are You Wearing Today?

Is that an Octopod set? I'm considering one for my new Longines VHP. How do you find it for comfort, particularly around the deployant clasp?
Yessir. Only received it yesterday evening so early days yet but it was easy to set up and install, comfort is good, the curvature of the clasp follows the wrist nicely and no pressure points. I would say the quality of construction is on par with Tag Heuer deployment clasps... So good quality made in China level. No ceramic bearing like higher end brands but smooth operation, no rough edges etc.

I thought the straps would be more elasticated than they are but I opted for the 'HydraRib' version so that might be why they're like that... A bit stiff and rough but very tough and water resistant, they don't even get wet - Water runs right off. I'll get some of the usual NATO nylon at some point but the colour I wanted was only available in this material.

These may be of interest:

Enoksen, they're a Belfast company. I discovered them looking for a dirty dozen tribute watch. They seem like really decent and honest people when I read into them, and they do some very nice watches at very reasonable prices.
Had a look at their website, and they look impressive. I particularly like the "Fly" series. The black and orange is delish
