What Watch Are You Wearing Today?

Continuing the Casio theme if you prefer analogue watches here are a pair I use regularly especially if I'm going abroad. The prices of both fluctuate amazingly but I think the pair didn't cost me more than £20.

Nice set of Casio's (and Missoni's). Yes always good to think about the local situation when going on holiday and be sympathetic to all's needs. To this aim, I always use the unassuming Casio W-800H when I go on holiday. It's just a shame that to my knowledge replacement straps for this particular watch costs almost as much as the watch itself!

Thanks Manstein, will look into that, but I do actually like the standard Casio straps, which I think suit the watch and are plastic, so dry quickly when used for swimming etc and can be kept clean relatively easily. There are cheaper alternatives for the W-800H, but unfortunately they do not follow the same lines as the original strap and don't look anywhere near as good (and are made of much thinner plastic). I know, I'm very fussy, but little things make a difference.

Missoni am I right in thinking that the SKX's successors arent ISO accredited?
I am really not sure; the SKX line, as far as I am aware, has been discontinued although I suspect there will be plenty of NOS for many years to come. Seiko appears to be re-positioning itself, hence the increase in prices but I am not persuaded quality has followed suit. Although the SKX served me well, my little £7, F-91W, was strapped to my stab-jacket and also regularly went to 50m with no ill effects, and kept better time!
