Bought another GEM Bullet Tip this razor doesn't have the eye showing on the top of the head.

I...couldn't...resist... I couldn't...resist.

1) Edwin Jagger Best Badger . On my local Amazon, they describe it as "pure badger", but the ASIN is that of the best badger and it's now at 23,70 EUR. I couldn't resist!!!

2) Kanzy razor . It's a rebranded Baili Tech clone. About 12,50 EUR. I just had to buy a Tech clone, because i 've heard sooooo many things about Techs being excellent mild razors, that they hold the blade rigidly etc, etc. And since i prefer mild razors... I didn't want to, but it was like it was staring at me, saying "why don't you buy me, why?"

3) Proraso White tub. It was at just 1,37 EUR. Now my rabbit hole is 50 meters deep (27 creams, 23 soaps). But, on the bright side, i fought the urge to grab yet another Lea cream and another 4-pack of Nivea Men cream for just 3,60 EUR (i have already 8 of them). The bad thing with the tub, is that i can't seem able to finish it. I have another white tub opened and after 37 shaves, it's like 1,5 cm down from the rim. It will last forever! But, i like going to the bathroom and taking a sniff!

It's so difficult to resist! But, i swear, i won't buy anything else for at least 10 years! With the 1 Yaqi Best badger and 1 Yaqi plissoft, i am done. End of story. Period! I hope!

No, seriously, i am done for 10 years.

No your not! Once in the rabbit hole at 50 meters you will find it difficult to get back out :) time will tell, I will watch this space! :)

Speaking of space, i am running out of space! That's another reason to stop! I have filled several boxes (i have bought not just many blades, brushes and soaps, but also extra brush stands, muhle plastic travel tubes and such stuff that all occupy space) and my girlfriend has started suspecting that something foul is going on. I must lay low... Play dead! :D

I will get out of the hole, i will! One day!

Super badger, according to Semogue.

Thanks. I must read again some websites, i keep forgetting how to distinguish the grades.

Proraso really lasts a while. I hate it :)

Yes, the creams in a tube, seem to go away at a decent rate. But this Proraso tub, seems immortal! And i have also a Proraso Red tub, 2 "small" Proraso Green tubs (i only had one and didn't mean for the 2nd, but i bought the "Proraso shaving kit" for the Proraso mug and they had a Proraso Green small tub too in!) and a Figaro Red Tub. And now a new White.

Since i am new to badgers and i only have a pure badger until my 2 others arrive, i am still a bit confused as to what this is. I know it's a Semogue SOC, but what kind is this? Finest or best badger?

@Obelix the Semogue SOC 2 Band Badger is almost the same as Best Badger sort of but is much better that why is called Finest Badger this means special grade badger.

Semogue are not very clear on it themselves, it seems, and the descriptions of the various webshops range from Silvertip (which it is not) to Pure (which it also is not). I wonder how many of those descriptions are written by wetshavers?

Two band super fits the bill best, I would say. It is a very dense knot with good backbone. The tips are very soft already, and I expect them to get somewhat softer still.
