Really enjoying internet radio..... this is my channel of choice at the moment. Not necessarily my favourite decade for music (that would be the 90s) - but my word, what a selection of tunes and bands. Not just the usual chart toppers.

I listen to Kev Andrews and Ian Creaghan's mod shows on Mixcloud. There's a bit of all sorts, mod revival, ska, punk, Northern soul etc.

I believe these records might be around here somewhere. That Taj Mahal double album is something special with some excellent songs, some even having lots of tuba in the mix.

Recently read a article about this album being a response to Pet Sounds - it aint too shabby. A fine listen. Del Shannon isnt quite Brian Wilson though

Hiya doin,

Now that Miles Davis I get....mostly. Yeah, there's a lot tighter sound on the 15-20 minutes listened to which I prefer. Still, it's just not my deal but my impression of him has changed a bit.
