What are you listening to?

First this

As I am going to see a Tull tribute band in a few weeks.

Hi there,

You'll probably see a better singer than what Ian is now. I imagine he can still play the various instruments well, but his voice is kaput as we say in Scotland. In his prime, he and his band were tops!!!

Saw him first in very early 70's and then in the early 90's. It was a disappointing experience watching him try to be his old self.....I actually walked outta the show. Now for a while he's had a 'protege' touring and singing I'm sure.

I still kick myself for blowing off my ticket for The Passion Play tour in 73, to instead drive to Canada and visit a girl friend for that weekend. Sigh, I missed the concert and I really miss those young and out of control hormones.

It is the Martin Barre band, so not just a tribute band a tull guitarist. I'm so looking forward to it even more now.
It was one of my friends that picked this one, I have liked tull since the 70s as have a few original albums from then.
