What are you eating tonight?

Smash burgers on the bbq/smoker last night, just needed something quick.
These were prime minced beef 5% fat diced mushroom and crushed garlic seasoned with salt and pepper. These take 5->10 mins from start to finish to cook i then shut all the vents and the bbq dies withing 15mins so the coal burns 2 or 3 times on short cooks
My equipment as asked a couple of times is a broilking smoke XL and my preffered butcher is The village butchers https://thevillagebutchers.co.uk/?g...O4ifvdTPNJNnv7Aucn1bL3is8uZSIc-AaAvwYEALw_wcB

I'll be doing a kinda French Bistro style chicken: roasted over mashed potatoes with a white wine creamy mushroom sauce and steamed/roasted veg alongside.

Et voila!
