What £50 Razor

As the title says what razor would you buy for £50 or less ?
I only have one razor and really I have no intention of starting a collection however the razor I have is the Feather AS-D2 and I thought I would give a cheaper one a go just so I have something to go on.
Your thought would be greatly appreciated

I enjoy the AS-D2; I also enjoy several razors that are less than £50. A few to check out - Muhle R89, Schick Krona (not in production but readily available, Merkur Progress, Yaqi Melon, Baili TTO. I am sure you will also get plenty more recommendations, but you will get a better steer if you are able to articulate what you like / want in your next razor.

Not everyones cup of tea, may I suggest the Muhle 41 - a different experience to the Feather AS-D2; the 41 is efficient (some say aggressive) - a great razor when you get the hang of it, as ever YMMV.

I would endorse the Merkur Progress; always gives a great shave.

Try something completely different? Merkur 37C or Muhle R41.

An 89 all the way here. Buy the head only and stick it on a decent stainless handle. Feed it a good blade and say 'By f*@k that is good'

Anybody who likes the ASD2 should love the Tech. Available in many levels of aggression, from fairly mild through mild to very mild, durable and cheap, even for the best preserved pre-WW2 models.
