There aren't too many brush nuts around here so I think a live auction listing of this is acceptable.

No it's not Victorian or wooden and a new one would set you back a minimum of £70 quid.
Might be worth a re knot if you are a travelling shaver although starting price is a little high.

It's not wooden the plastic (catalin) has turned butterscotch colour over time, like this similar one.
