Vintage Erasmic Soap Bowl

Hey there fellas. I won this on ebay for £7 which I was right chuffed about cos I really like the bowl. It came with the original soap and was advertised as vintage but no other info. Anyone out there in shaving land shed anymore light on it for me? I know it's a long shot but must be worth a punt.
