Vietnamese Trung Nguyen Coffee

For the last four years I have drank Trung Nguyen Legendee coffee (now called Sang Tao 8 ) this is a enzyme treated coffee that removes acid from the bean producing a coffee similar to the Civet coffee without the ethical concerns. I make this in a traditional phin filter ( drip method ) this produces a very smooth coffee that is low in acid and has a chocolate aspect to it's taste, I use sweetened condensed milk which makes the drink spot on. I produce a iced coffee when weather is really hot, very refreshing! The company produces Arabia & Peaberry coffee blends, so get brewing a phin of coffee on a summers day you could almost be in Saigon!

i ordered a phin filter set up from ebay and it came with a free sample of the most delicous chocolate flavoured coffee.

the wife threw out the empty packet which i was keeping for the name :icon_rolleyes:

glad you posted this mate, all i need now is a supplier for beans!
