Things are starting to get a little crazy...

interesting article suggesting the corona virus may already have been in the uk as early as november/december. makes a lot of sense to me as i swear i had it over new year, i had the classic symptoms and it properly kicked my tits in :)

Yea I had something just before Christmas, spent 5 days in bed sweating buckets with horrible cough and hallucinations. I just thought it was the first time i ever had flu. It was not the covid virus as am asthmatic with a dicky heart. Took a couple of weeks to feel back to normal though

Simialr story here. My wife and I were talking about this yesterday. X-mas and the New Year was bit of a write off. Most of the family had a temperature and a cough that lasted a few weeks. Likewise, plenty of family and colleagues had similar. No idea if connected, or just a coincdence.

I know many of you have been disappointed at the lack of a Playmobil update from me but fear not, the Police are here to make sure those naughty pirates and astronauts remain in isolation!

You are going to have to break them all down again and have them on some kind of pass around. Me first. :p.
Wish I had kept all my old lego, only got rid of them about 6 years ago

These are my favourite - Fire Engines! Miniature hydraulic cutting gear and all sorts of other bits. Shame the three year old is now busy wrecking them and losing all the bits.

Not that I care of course, they're not for me......

These pictures are some of the best things about this fantastic forum. Really great stuff, thanks for posting.

Just out of curiousity, what is more painful to barefoot step on a piece of lego or a playmobile piece?

The schools were shut down here weeks ago, a lot of prefectures declared a state of emergency and advised people to stay home as much as possible. Unlike the UK, people listened and followed the advice. Every shop, supermarket, restaurant etc has hand sanitizer at the door as you go in. Toilet paper is readily available :ROFLMAO:, there was no panic buying (except for face masks) or stockpiling as far as I could see. I would say 99% of people are wearing masks, normally when you see someone in a mask here it means they have a cold and are trying not to spread it but now everyone seems to be wearing them as a precaution. The number of cases is still increasing but nowhere near as fast as Europe, I think there are around 1100.

What country do you live in?
