The best shaving brush

I have only a shaving brush: Simpsons Special Pure Badger.
I want to buy a bigger one. In your opinion, what would the best brand?
Thanks,

Most brands will have a brush that will suit your needs...

What method of lathering and product do you prefer using?

Bowl, face, cream or soap? Stiff or Soft hair/bristle and budget.

I use shaving creams of Taylors of OBS. Soft hair. Budge: no more than 100 euro.

Do you use a bowl or mug to mix up lather or do you lather directly onto your face?

If you use a bowl you may prefer a knot with a longer loft than if you lathered directly onto your face.

Given your proximity to Portugal...have a look at the Semogue brushes at <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.vintagescents.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">www.vintagescents.com</a><!-- w -->

If size really does matter, check out some Chubbies.

Don't know anything about Semogue but I like the Simpson Best hair.

The Simpson Commodore X3 would be a nice upgrade to a larger and softer knotted brush suited to face lathering with a substantial handle at reasonable cost.

For great value I wouldn't hesitate at Penworks, he's got a sale on....the 24mm Finest knot for $40.00 in horn or the larger 26mm brushes near the bottom of the page for $48.00
