I've had a bottle for several years and it's just fine. I assume you're referring to the scent. If you haven't tried it yet and are smelling it in the bottle, dab some on your inside wrist sand smell it. I've found that many scents smell quite different when put on the skin. This certainly the case with Lilac Vegetal which smells gawd awful in the bottle, but changes much for the better when on my skin. My bottle of TOBS Lavender water smells just fine in the bottle and on my skin.

The cloudy liquid is normal, if you're wondering. The scent is very TOBS which can be a good or bad thing depending on the nose... It's certainly neither refined or subtle!

Used it this morning and all is well. Yes, it's cloudy and, yes it's not subtle or refined right out of the bottle, but once on my skin it settles down and is quite pleasant to my nose.
