Today the Polsilver was swapped for my "go to" Astra SP.
It has just turned what was a great shave with the PSI/Rex into a super shave.
So smooth from start to finish and the Rex set to 1.75 for all 3 passes.
I get on with every blade i have tried so far, Can YMMV really make that much of a difference for 1 blade?
As i say the finish with the Polsilver SI is very good and the shave did have longevity, however, that first pass feeling i am not used to, its not uncomfortable but it is certainly not my usual smooth pass. I really cannot put my finger on it. Not to worry, only another 195 to get through.
So, today's shave was very nice from start to finish.
BBS, comfortable and smelling very nice.
Have a great weekend All.

Soap: Nanny's Silly Soap: Bamboo & White Grape Signature
Razor: Merkur Progress Long handle (3.5)
Blade: Gillette 7 o'clock Sharpedge (3)
Post shave: Alum Block, Shower,

I am really enjoying the shave with the Merkur Progress is a really great little razor.

I don't know if anyone else here has tried the Old spice Wolfthorn aftershave, but I can't get enough of it, I wonder if anyone has experienced a similar fragrance from another brand as this once seems tough to get around me.
