Vulfix 404 mixed
Williams " Mug Soap"
King Cobra
Schick Proline [ 5 ]
Williams Aqua Velva A/S Lotion

Rather than have a relaxed Shave I went for the King Cobra which is not for laid back Shaves. I chose it to see
how an aggressive Razor worked with the new to me Williams Soap.

As I did not have a bowl/mug to fit ,I borrowed a ramekin dish from the kitchen. The dependable 404 lightly dampened had no trouble coaxing an abundant lather from the soap. The Lather provided all the qualities that helps make a Shave good, so I was pleased with the Shave. This budget soap does not have a scent, but as I have not much sense of smell that is OK. In fact rather reminds me of Yardley Black Label without the scent.

[emoji830]️Brut Aftershave

First use of this lovely scented fougere, the scent strength is mid strong, green and earthy.
The residual slickness and Post-shave is where this soap is a winner for me. Paired perfectly with Brut after shave.

I've been eyeing up Forest City Fern for a while now. Would you say the scent is similar to Brut? I'm not a big fan of Brut (no offence). I prefer TSM Fougère and MDC Fougère.

Cheers

Prep: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: M&F Brad Sears L7 Tigris Finest Badger
Soap: Eufros TSR LE 2018
Razor: Pils
Blade: Polsilver Super Iridium (1)
Post: CRSW Alcohol-Free American Barbershop Moisturising Aftershave
Scent: Chanel Pour Monsieur

First shave with the Tigris. She certainly lives up to her name - she tore into the Eufros soap savagely, hence a relatively short load time. Thankfully, she also retracted her claws when face-lathering, with soft tips that painted lather nicely. Very firm backbone and densely packed - a very impressive first outing.

Three passes for an extremely comfortable DFS.

A late Sunday shave today, and it was a very good one.
3 passes for a BBS finish and some Grey Flannel will be added before I go to work tonight.

OCTOBER 7th

Prep ~ Shower, D.R. Harris Almond Oil Soap
Razor ~ CR Karve D Plate (on loan)
Blade ~ Personna 74*
Soap ~ Panama 1924
Brush ~ Semouge TSN 2018 LE Boar
Post ~ Panama 1924 Aftershave Gel
Scent ~ Panama 1924 Edt

A smashing shave this morning, the Karve and Personna combination worked very well for me and gave me a very close shave while feeling extremely mild and smooth.
The Boellis Panama 1924 shave soap was lathered to perfection with the Semouge LE Boar giving me a slick creamy lather with plenty of protection.
Finishing off with the 1924 Aftershave Gel followed by the matching Edt.
