Was posting with @RussellR5555 , think we found they were made in Kilbride Scotland, about 50's/ 60's?. Not sure though.

I think you are right - made in East Kilbride - west central Scotland - there is an interesting back story to the plant - long defunct - the blades are probably late 60's or early 70's - I have blades from the same factory - but the packaging is completely different - you should speak to @TomG - an expert on this topic - I.

Pre Shave: Shower, Nuage for men menthol pre shave oil.
Brush: Hawkins & Brimble synthetic.
Bowl: Ted Baker Ceramic.
Soap/Cream: Custom cream, with grapefruit oil.
Razor: Hybrid- Yaqi Melon head with Baili Victory handle.
Blade: Permasharp super. #3
Post Shave: Cold water Rinse, BSA post shave balm, 4711 Cologne EDT.

It never ceases to amaze me of the nice shave I get with the 'Yaqi Melon head' and the Baili Victory handle is nice and heavy too.
Great shave today.

Can @TomG shed any more light on these.
Are they a desirable blade?

G'day Tony. I certainly like them, and they have a good heritage. See article below:
