I got a couple of small cream samples from The English Shaving Company/Edwin Jagger, after a couple of purchases. It isn't bad; nice glide and protection. Will try some more and report back.

Maybe - prep = skin preparation ie hot water, cold water, shower etc. Pre = pre shave treatment ie soap types & oils? Maybe.

Lovely shave this evening.

One really small weeper just to the left of my chin but nothing to be concerned about. The Claymore is a great razor which I'm finding is good to include in my rotation. I used it solely every day for a week but think it's just a tad too aggressive for daily use.

I'm going to try my RazoRock Hawk V2 with the Claymore handle to see if that improves the efficiency of the Hawk. The Hawk is definitely less aggressive.

3 passes were a pleasure with The Soap Shop's soap and aftershave being the stars of the show. This are probably my favourite scent at the moment and it goes perfectly with Hugo Boss The Scent EdP.

The PBL made it to it's 10th and final shave. Not as long lasting as some others I've tried (Astra SS, PermaSharp, Polsilver) but impressive nonetheless.
