I've just scored a box of Vintage Perma-Sharp blades (NOS) here in Australia, and have done a wee bit of research on same. Here are some photos: The back of the box is marked Perma-Sharp Mentone, Victoria. However, the blade is clearly marked "Made in Gt. Britain". The price on the box...

Will try them in my Gamechanger 1st after my Parker excursion. Thanks for the info guys. I got 6 packs free with another purchase. Checked with seller if he had more and bought a full 100 blade carton after what has been said about them.

Uncompromisingly close shave this morning with the MÜHLE Rocca and a Feather. The Fat saved the skin from any damage with a rich and lubricating lather aided by the Maseto brush. Excellent, close shave.

The ATT SE-G is a well balanced Razor, though may be on the hefty side for some. Though mine has been modified it is still quite a mild Razor, and Shaves very smoothly with no likelihood of mishap. I enjoyed a relaxed Shave today, with a great finish being attained around the face, but I cannot get it quite right around the neck.

So today I reached for the Merkur Mergress as opposed to a vintage Gillette adjustable. The Mergress is just so good, not necessarily better than my Progress, just different. It feels very solid in the hand and the fit of everything just feels smoother to me adjustment wise. Loaded with a fresh Polsilver IR this razor is just incredible.

Soap of the day Stirling Executive Man with the matching AS. Love the scent and performance and it falls only second to a seasonal Stirling scent; “Weekend in Malibu” for favourite Stirling scent in the rotation. WiM is good enough to take you away from the dreary winter to the sunny beach in just one shave! But I digress...

Simpson Colonel was again called on and a wonderful lather employed to complete a lovely two pass near BBS shave. Happy Wednesday all and Happy Shaves!

Round 2 of this week's rotation.
Lather ratio's just about there with enough good stuff to easily complete 3 full passes, with a lovely aroma, the brush is starting to break in.
I decided to have a much more deliberate effort carefully adjusting the angle to find the sweet spot. Success!
A very nice shave, took my time and the 91R was a lot smoother tonight, 2 passes WTG/ATG with touch up.
A gentle touch required and bingo.
A couple of stingers from the alum block nothing to see though, I was expecting something due to angle trials.
The Superdrug 2in1 seemed heavy at first but sank in quickly, a Splash - Whoa!! that's stings - of Superdrug FF A/S it did cool quickly and smells ok, for £2 come-on. It's worth a shot.
Sitting here feeling pretty good about that little effort.
22R next up for similar treatment next shave.

The Sticky arrived this afternoon from Italy, probably thinking it's free and happy to be back home on British soil........ Only to be confronted with Cella....an Italian shaving soap o_O

The sticky called me a wanker! but gave a mild comforting 3 pass shave any way. The last time I gazed upon a sticky was at a school friends house at the age of 15, his dad said you'll be shaving soon enough, bumfluff is all you got at the moment, and gave me a look, I got the feeling he was ripping the piss.

There is a five pack of unused blades in the “travel case” when the mood takes me I'll have a go with them.
