Shaving recipe for today.



Prep: Hot shower:/ L'OREAL ~ Mountain Water Shower Gel.


Pre:

warm wet flannel to my face.

Pears ~ Transparent Lemon Flower Soap.

Brush: Omega S10018.

Face Lather.

Soap : Wilkinson Sword Shave Stick.

Blade: Parker~Premium Platinum.(4)

Razor: Weishi 2.0 Adjustable.(Settings) 5. wtg, 6. xtg , 7. atg + Pickups.

Post:

Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade Lavender + Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture. / Arko ~ Cool Cologne + Aftershave Balm.

Another early morning shave.


The wilkinson sword shave stick is a wonderful shave stick, it's surprising how much of a good lather you get from this humble shave stick.Last use of the parker premium platinum which has performed wonderfully throughout the week with it's smooth efficiency showing no sign's of tugging, cutting through my stubble with ease..Another very impressive shaving product from The Parker Shaving Co.

The Weishi Adj/ Parker ~ Premium Platinum duo worked in harmony together, resulting in a very comfortable 3 pass + pick ups near bbs shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of Arko ~ Cool Aftershave Balm.


My face is feeling super smooth and smelling devine.;)

Charcoalgoods Level 3 has officially replaced my Muhle R41 (2013), I experienced a wonderfully smooth, super efficient & very comfortable shave. Araminta is a lovely fresh scented soap consisting of Spearmint, Lavender & Vetiver. Overall a solid performing soap.

Prep ~ Shower, Aleppo soap
Razor ~ Paradigm Ti SE
Blade ~ Proline
Soap ~ Boellis 1924
Brush ~ Zenith 28mm Manchurian
Post ~ Thayers Rose Petal WH
Scent ~ Boellis 1924 Edt

My first use of this razor today and I started off with a Proline with the veiw of trying a Feather Pro Super because I've been told it's like having an aggressive base plate when using the Pro Super's.
I lathered up with the wonderful Boellis 1924 using my Zenith Manchurian to form a dense creamy lather with a nice sheen to it.
The razor weighs 80g so it's light but not too light, just right! It feels great in the hand, comfortable and balanced but the best thing about this razor is how smooth it feels when shaving, never before have I felt such smoothness from a razor, fantastic!
Three passes and I was as smooth as the razor, zero irritation just super smooth skin.
This razor is a keeper for sure. :)

James' soaps will be missed, for sure (eventually - it will take some time to get through my five in the soap rotation).

The Grapefruit and Menthol is another cracker; the citrus scent is there; but not overwhelming. The menthol is beautifully cool too.

Like other OSP soaps, it performs really well, with a great post-shave feel. A nice tingle from Mr. Fine's Fresh Vetiver, layered with Monsieur Guerlain's and I'm set up.

At the challenge of @Digimonkey a while back, I attempted a face freeze challenge: Proraso M&E preshave, Proraso M&E soap (with a little of the cream), Proraso M&E after shave...and some Alcolado Glacial to finish.

I imagine (that's) what being Botoxed feels like...

I did one the other day so Vitos Menthol Preshave, OSP Grapefruit and Menthol, then the Vigarosso to finish :) It was lovely. Alcolado Glacial sounds interesting :)
