Greetings,

A new shave set up to start the weekend. This week will be a boar brush & shave cream week as it's been a while since added both of them together in my sotd's, along with various eclectic wet shaving assortments that have been past on to me from workmates & friends.

Starting the weekend off with a duo maiden shave using the L'0REAL ~ Barber Club Protecting Shave Cream + ASB,which i bought from my local Asda in the sales section .

Mixing the non-foaming shave cream together with the KMF moisture shave cream using my trusty semogue 830 boar it created a wonderfully fragranced slick protective frankenlather, considering both of the shave creams are brushless they lathered up brilliantly together.

The Ab Inox Eco safety razor, last of the DE razors to be added to my razor rotation that was kindly gifted to me by a workmate, another razor that i've infequently used since i've had it.Paired together with the gillette winner blade was another excellent match resulting in a silky smooth 3 pass +pick ups comfortable acceptable shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of L'0REAL ~ Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

My face is feeling super smooth and smelling devine. ;)

Enjoy the start of the weekend ladies & gentlemen.

Face lather...very pleasurable very nice orangy scent. Creamily thick and slick!
Shave with razor paired with blade was ok. Smooth and sharpish. Went through resistant area fairly easily. 3pass WTG, XTG/ATG & ATG is enough today. No weepers. Used ice cold water for post shave rinse instead of alum. Felt good but some irritation and redness instead after applying Thayers. DFS result. Rating today 9/10

A lovely smooth finish from 2.5 passes. The P&B lather was exceptional and smelt great.

The brush, courtesy of @RussellR5555 , is an absolute beauty and performed brilliantly. This could be my favourite synthetic brush. I can't quite put my finger on why that is yet but it was a pleasure to use.

Pre: Sainsbury's Luxury Soap, Bergamot & Nectarine
Brush: Yaqi Silver Wolf Mysterious 24mm
Soap: Arko Stick
Razor: Pal Injectomatic
Blade: PAL (3)
Post shave: Alum Block, cold water splash, Witch Hazel
Balm: Tony'schin's Neroli & Orange infused Argan Oil
Aftershave: OSP Neroli

I Find the Arko soap scent a bit Industrial, the performance for me though is first rate. I had a very good lather today from some chips pressed into the bowl with a couple of drops of water while i set up. It whipped up plenty of slick, thick, protection for my shave.
The PAL was NOS when i got it and it is on its 3rd outing since leaving the factory. She is an efficient razor and thought i may have overdone it with the 3rd pass, however, the Alum block told me all was OK.
A nice post shave leaving me soft and supple BBS and smelling pretty good too.
Enjoy your weekend all and stay safe.

Occams Hiram Commander/ Plate 3
Schick Proline [ 4 ]
Pitralon Polar A/S Lotion

I decided to break into my Injector rotation by using the Hiram today. I was lucky to have got one on the initial launch, and though the original blade retaining plate was defective , I had an interchangeable one from my Oren which worked well. I later got a No3 plate which I now use all the time.
Todays Shave was a real treat, so smooth with an ultra close all round finish. The Shaves with the Hiram just get better and I will have a repeat tomorrow, before completing my Injector rotation.
