A busy weekend again, as officiating both days, a rather quick but very good Shave with the Gem. I never would of thought that I would be getting
such smooth and comfortable Shaves from this Razor when I first tried it, such was its reputation.

Pre shave prep: Pears Original Transparent
Brush: Yaqi Rainbow
Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Razor: Gamechanger OC 0.84
Blade: Astra SP (1)
Post Shave: Alum Block, cold water splash, Homemade Neroli Witch Hazel
Balm: Nivea Balm
Aftershave: Copycat Executive
A very good, efficient 2 pass shave this morning with the Gamechanger OC .84.
I was looking forward to using this razor thanks to William@george & BST.
A nice face lather this morning with the MWF and the Yaqi, plenty in the brush for 3 passes.
A no issue, simple shave, the first pass WTG leaving a pretty good finish, 2nd pass was a mixed pass mainly ATG with some XTG where needed.
I was expecting the razor to be more "aggressive" than it actually was, an added bonus and it is definitely a razor i can get on with. I will have to do a side by side with the SB soon.
So - Nothing from the block, BBS finish, comfortable face feel and smelling pretty smart.
All ready for a visit with the Mothership.

Oh i managed to keep the RAD at bay and did not pull the trigger on the new General - For now!

First outing of the JAWS base plate.
As least as smooth as the SB 0.84 but a big step up in efficiency. Three passes and NO touch ups. WOW!
...however I rinsed my face with hot and cold water, dried off then added the aftershave. A couple of seconds later 10 weepers appeared. A quick splash of cold water soon sorted them out but a bit more care needed next time. I was in abit of a rushing as I'm off out for lunch.
Very, very impressed though.

Sunday shave, only my second shave with my birth-quarter fatboy. Very mild so pushed up to 6 and still a lovely smooth shave wiping off two days growth with ease.
Now using my chubby synth during the week so spent some time creating a great lather with the signature soap and chubby badger.
