Greetings,

A new shave set up to start the weekend..Another saturday shift at the mill, hopefully we can get the back log of work up to date and finish early..something tells me we won't though, oh well,as always needs must, at least my shave has started the weekend off with some pleasure..'Onwards & upwards'.

It's been a while since i last used the KMF shaving cream, it created a wonderful lather without drying out in between passes ,the post shave feeling was superb.

The Weishi 2.0 Adj /Ladas SS matched together very nicely resulting in a comfortable 3 pass + pick ups near bbs shave with no errors to report.I'm really impressed by the smooth efficiency of the Weishi Adj...Another very 'face feeling' bbs shave.;)

RazoRock Plissoft 22mm
Vitos Super Red
Schick Type B1
Schick Proline [ 5 ]
Pitralon Classic A/S Lotion

I have not used the B1 for some time, but am aware that it is a Razor that does not respond well to being rushed.
One is reminded of the need to take care once the Shave is commenced, the Razor/Blade combo is very efficient and if rushed could cause a bit of bloodshed.
With an excellent lather the extra time and care spent on the Shave was well rewarded, the quality of finish being up there with the best . I hesitate to compare the performance of the B1 against later Schicks as they are not that common. However, I doubt that areas such as my cheeks have been so shiny and smooth - the rest pretty good too.

La Toja Magno Soap
Proraso Sensitive Pre Shave Cream
P&B Obsidian Shaving Soap
Omega S10081 Synthetic Brush
Feather Artist Club SS with a Dorco Blade
Thayers Witch Hazel
Palmers Moisturiser for Men
Antonio Puig Massimo Dutti AS

A lovely Saturday Morning shave with a 'Face Feeling' result. I really enjoy the scent of the P&B Obsidian soap so had a full 3 passes ..... even though it was not required.

Saturday 12th January

YaqI Chianti 24mm Synthetic
Palmolive Classic Cream
Rockwell 6C R4
Vintage Schick (1)
Pre De Provence No63 Balm
Yardley 1773 EdT

A cracking way to start the weekend

Rockwell / Schick combo was very smooth.
Palmolive cream, although very cheap to buy performs well when time is taken to dial it into a rich creamy lather.
No63 Balm seems to compliment Yardley 1773 quite well, and is by far the best balm I've used.

Enjoy your weekends everyone
