This DFS place is a bit strange if you ask me. My one and only brush is a Semogue but I've decided to leave the Semogue Owners Club on Facebook as it's all getting a bit weird for me. Perhaps the whole thing is a bit tongue-in-cheek but I don't get it. And the $50 fee - again am I not getting the joke but this can't be serious! :?

I love my 1305 dearly (no, not in that sense!) but to join a club of owners? Can we keep some sense of British perspective on this please?

Am I missing something more, on a different level, here? :?

I was a bit slow in joining the Facebook Semogue Club - 3 November actually. Since then, the only other post has been the 'dam fine shave chap' There's simply no interest now. Not sure why I bothered. Just one 1305 is not really the qualification of a Semogue aficionado. But I like to keep an eye on things.

Hello fellows!The 50 dollars is just a joke and the purpose of the group is just to comment about the Semogue brushes(both boar and badger) since for many of us think that theyre wonderful performers for the price that we are paying for.The SOC limited edition brush is already in production and all that I can say its gonna be the "silvertip" of boars.Mr Gomes have accomplished a great job once again.Greetings to all!
BTW,Im living now in Salt Lake City,Utah and I missed going to the stores and get La Toja or Floid....these americans things that they have it all but certainly not! :lol:
