The following services were available at most high end barbers:

Shave with facial scrub and hot towels
Friction - a head massage
Shampoo with friction
Head Shave
Shaving Lesson
Facials - the cosmetic kind

Some beauty salons offer the following for guys that are afraid of wax treatments:

Back shave
Chest/upper body shave

They probably shave elsewhere, but let's not go there...

Then there are manicures and manicure lessons...
