Do'nt know if it will happen but here in Dublin more and more DE stuff is starting to appear on shelves so the market must be growing.

Come on then! Tell us more

Well Tesco have filled all their stores here in the last few weeks with their stuff, personna blades, wilkinson soap and brushes etc, barbers are stocking proraso and trumpers and the biggest surprise was a popular discussion forum called Boards were a poster asked if a Merkur HD was a better razor than a cartridge, this has now grown to a 94 page thread with over 1400 posts on it. Even the famed Mantic posted on it. :D

Perhaps - but if you look at the blades for medical supply they're pretty ropey for shaving use (if the Ted Pella range is anything to go by)

Ted Pella stainless PTFE blades give an excellent shave in a GEM micromatic.

There is the Grafton Barber but i think its a bit new age. I use the Waldorf on Westmoreland Street. Now thats a step back in time.

Great barbers the Waldorf, they've some nice photos on their website in the 'museum' section showing equipment from yesteryear.

Didn't there used to be Knight's somewhere at the bottom end of Grafton Street (I'm calling the bottom end the end away from the Liffey - so that's probably the top end to everyone else  )

Knights are still in the Stephens Green Shopping Centre, they stock a good selection of Trumpers cream and aftershave.

Counting my blades lately and through all the sample packs i have bought and blades when ordering other shave stuff i am ok till at least 2012, it will be interesting to see then if these blades i have are still available or if new ones arrive but i do think that de products will continue as its a niche market and someone will always supply that market, will the price of blades go up as well, who knows
